Return and Complaints for Products Purchased through the Web Shop

Within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery, the Registered User is entitled to file a complaint regarding the purchased product or return it without stating a reason. Based on the request, MBR will either refund the paid amount to the account specified by the Registered User or replace the product within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the returned product at the address specified in the complaint form.

To initiate a return, the Registered User should complete the complaint form by contacting MBR at info@brokenships.com.

Products should be returned to the address provided in the complaint form, and the return shipping cost is covered by MBR.

The Registered User must return the product in the condition in which it was received (unused) and in its original packaging, including the invoice.

If an error occurs during packing and the Registered User receives an incorrect product, they must report it via the complaint form within 7 (seven) business days. The Registered User will need to return the incorrect product at MBR’s expense, and MBR will deliver the correct product or issue a refund (per the User’s request) within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the returned product.

If the Registered User does not receive the product ordered and paid for, they must report this within 7 calendar days from the expected delivery date, either through the complaint form or via contact information provided on the website. MBR will investigate and update the User on the steps taken.

If the Registered User is dissatisfied with the size of a product (e.g., T-shirt), they should report this within 7 (seven) calendar days and return it to MBR at their own expense. Once MBR receives the product, a replacement will be sent to the User.
Pricing, Delivery Time, and Method for Web Shop Purchases

Delivery is available worldwide.

Delivery costs do not include import duties, fees, or other administrative and tax charges (e.g., VAT, DDV ) in the destination country. The Registered User is responsible for these fees.

Once MBR confirms an order, the delivery period begins within 48 hours, and purchased products will be delivered within the following estimated times:
- Up to 7 business days within Croatia
- Up to 12 business days within Europe
- Up to 20 business days outside of Europe

These timeframes are estimates for capital cities; please allow additional time for regional or remote areas.

In case of a delivery delay due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), MBR will attempt to inform the Registered User. If the User cannot be reached at their provided contact number, MBR is not liable for the delivery delay.

Delivery will be made to the specified shipping address. If the Registered User is unavailable to receive it, a delivery notice will be left with a contact number. Alternatively, a third party (adult household member or authorized person) may accept the delivery with ID verification.

Upon receiving the parcel, the Registered User should inspect it for any visible damage. If damaged, the User should report it to the courier and refuse the delivery. By signing the delivery receipt, the Registered User acknowledges that they have inspected the product and have no complaints regarding its condition.

If the Registered User refuses a parcel due to visible damage, they must complete the courier’s damaged parcel form and notify MBR by email or phone within 8 (eight) days, specifying their preference for a replacement or refund. Upon receipt of the damaged parcel and form, MBR will arrange a new delivery within the specified period if the product is available. If a replacement requires ordering from a supplier, the delivery period will be extended accordingly. Alternatively, MBR will issue a refund per the Registered User’s request.
